The Miami Project is the world's largest comprehensive SCI research center. Federally supported educational materials are available online to help survivors maintain health and wellness. The Care Cure Community website: This site, founded by Dr. Wise Young at Rutgers University, offers an on-line forum for SCI and other neuroscience research, caregiver and family issues, sex and relationships, sports, travel, equipment, politics, and many other topics. The site is moderated by Dr. Young, several Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurses, and veteran SCI individuals. It is a very helpful, hopeful community that also contains basic facts and other SCI related information.
